About the Service
Accounting is not only how a business meets its legal obligations; it is also the basis for seeing its financial position clearly.
We set up the right bookkeeping system for your activity, from capital companies that keep books on the balance sheet basis to sole proprietors and self-employed professionals who keep books on the business account basis. We keep your records in line with the Tax Procedure Law, the Turkish Commercial Code and related legislation, and prepare and file your returns within the legal deadlines.
We also support you in moving to and using digital applications such as e-ledger (e-defter), e-invoice (e-fatura), e-archive (e-arşiv) and e-dispatch note (e-irsaliye).

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I submit my documents?
For returns to be prepared on time, documents should be submitted in the first days of the month following the month concerned. The submission schedule is agreed with you when we start working together, based on your business.
Balance sheet basis or business account basis?
Capital companies always keep books on the balance sheet basis. For sole proprietorships, it depends on whether annual purchases, sales and revenue exceed the thresholds set by law. We assess together which one suits your business.
Do I have to use e-ledger and e-invoice?
Whether it is mandatory depends on your type of tax liability, turnover and field of activity. We assess whether you meet the conditions set by the Revenue Administration (GİB) and manage the transition where necessary.
How long should I keep my books and documents?
Under the Tax Procedure Law, books and documents must be kept for 5 years starting from the calendar year following the year to which they relate; under the Turkish Commercial Code, they must be kept for 10 years.
